We are pleased to advise that ASM Liquor has reached an agreement with Asahi Premium Beverages to purchase, in totality, the Vodka O and Tequila Blu brands.

Asahi Premium Beverages will also acquire VDKA 6100 – a super premium vodka brand – for use in Australia, New Zealand and Japan.

ASM Liquor will retain the VDKA 6100 brand for use in all markets outside Australia, New Zealand and Japan.

Asahi Premium Beverages will also assume the licence for Spicebox Whisky – an imported Canadian spiced whisky product – made and distributed under license.

Last orders (for Vodka O, Tequila Blu, Spicebox and VDKA 6100 in Australia, New Zealand and Japan) will be taken by ASM Liquor on Thursday August 3rd. Asahi Premium Beverage will commence taking orders for these products in these regions from Monday August 7th for delivery on Tuesday August 8th.
